“Roy Rebel” è un marchio creato da “Center Gomma srl“, azienda leader in Europa nella produzione di mescole realizzate con materia prima seconda.
La natura curiosa e intraprendente dei titolari porta alla scoperta e al brevetto di “Cummis“, un materiale di riciclo, che usa la gomma recuperata da vari processi industriali. Cummis viene prodotto in fogli di vario spessore e resistenza, e con una texturizzazione simile alla pelle, diventa il prodotto ideale per realizzare prodotti finiti aprendo un settore di mercato attinente al fashon design e all’interior decoration. Ecco che nasce Roy Rebel, il marchio con cui l’azienda produce e commercializza i suoi prodotti realizzati in Cummis.
Grazie alle sue caratteristiche, sia tecniche che estetiche, i primi prodotti che vengono realizzati sono borse da motocicletta e calzature che vengono venduti nei negozi Harley Davidson di tutto il territorio nazionale. La possibilità di personalizzare il prodotto con colori e diverse tipologie di lavorazione apre al settore della moda: borse, zaini, scarpe, portafogli, portachiavi oltre a pannelli decorativi, complementi d’arredo…non ci sono più limiti alla fantasia.

Nel 2020, l’azienda mi chiama per progettare la nuova sede operativa Roy Rebel. Il progetto riguarda il completamente di un immobile industriale, ancora al grezzo, edificato in prossimità dell’azienda madre. Una superficie di circa 140mq: 40 mq  al piano terra e 100 mq al primo piano.
Coadiuvato dall’Ing.Fedico Santi, il mio progetto – oltre allo sviluppo del concept e alla definizione dei particolari architettonici ed estetici, dei materiali e della cartella colore – ha abbracciato anche gli aspetti più tecnici dell’impiantistica e dell’acustica svolgendosi con un’attenta e metodica direzione dei lavori e coordinamento di tutte le maestranze. Ho inoltre disegnato tutti gli arredi, dal mobilio, agli espositori, all’arredo bogno.

“Roy Rebel” is a brand created by “Center Gomma srl“, a leading company in Europe in the production of compounds made with secondary raw materials. The curious and enterprising nature of the owners leads to the discovery and patent of “Cummis“, a material of recycling, which uses rubber recovered from various industrial processes. Cummis is produced in sheets of various thickness and resistance, and with a texture similar to leather, it becomes the ideal product for making finished products, opening up a market sector related to fashion design and interior decoration. Here was born Roy Rebel, the brand with which the company produces and markets its products made in Cummis. Thanks to its characteristics, both technical and aesthetic, the first products that are made are motorcycle bags and footwear that are sold in shops Harley Davidson throughout the national territory. The possibility of customizing the product with colors and different types of workmanship opens up the fashion sector: bags, backpacks, shoes, wallets, key rings as well as decorative panels, furnishing accessories … there are no limits to the imagination. In 2020 , the company calls me to design the new Roy Rebel headquarters. The project concerns the completion of an industrial building, still unfinished, built near the parent company. An area of approximately 140 m2: 40 m2 on the ground floor and 100 m2 on the first floor. Assisted by Ing. Fedeco Santi, my project – in addition to the development of the concept and the definition of the architectural and aesthetic details, the choice of materials and the color folder – also embraces the more technical aspects of plant engineering and acoustics, carried out with careful and methodical supervision of the works and coordination of all the workers. I also designed all the furnishings:  furniture, exhibitors and toilet furnishings.
